How soon will my order be shipped after payment?

Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

What should I do if the payment fails?

If your payment fails, don’t worry — this can happen for a variety of reasons such as card restrictions, bank limitations, or incorrect billing details.

How long will it take to receive the package?

Delivery usually takes around 7–14 business days after your order is shipped.

Is the medication packaging discreet and unmarked?

Yes, the packaging is completely discreet and unmarked.
There are no product names, logos, or medical terms on the outside of the package.
It looks just like a regular personal shipment to protect your privacy.

Is the medicine FDA-approved?

The generic medications we provide may not be individually FDA-approved for sale in the U.S.,
but they contain the same active ingredients, dosage, and strength as the brand-name versions.

How can I verify the authenticity of the medication?

Each product is factory-sealed with a visible batch number, expiry date, and manufacturer label.

You’re also welcome to verify the product’s authenticity by checking the packaging details, comparing with the official manufacturer website — or even by performing a third-party lab analysis if you wish to verify the active ingredients.

Support & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been shipped.

However, if your package is lost, damaged, or undelivered, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we’ll assist you with a resolution.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll either reship your order for free or offer a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

We process and ship orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment.

Once your package has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
